Ancient pink shell cameos with a rectangular shape have been set on black onyx, enriched with details and inclusions of the same pink shell. The two cameos depict different figures: one features Mercury, recognizable as a man with a winged helmet. Mercury, the Roman god of commerce, communication, and travel, symbolizes eloquence, speed, and adaptability.
The other cameo portrays Athena, also wearing a helmet. Athena, the Greek goddess of wisdom and war, represents strategic thinking, strength, and protection.

These cameos, dating back to the late 19th and early 20th centuries, have been given a new life and contemporary relevance in this unique setting. The design creates the impression of two deities in conversation, a timeless dialogue.
